Journal Stamping

It is mandatory for all students to obtain stamps from respective department for any activity offering ECC. This applies to events, workshops, fests, etc.

In case of a discrepancy in ECC points, the journal stamp is the ultimate proof of participation.
Stamping for ECC Events

Stamping for events conducted by the ECC will be will be done on the spot. Please carry your ECC journals to the event.

Journal Stamping for all events conducted by ECC this year will be done as per the following schedule:
27th Feb (Friday) 1 pm to 3pm - ECC Office
28th Feb (Saturday) 10 am to 12 pm - ECC Office
Tentative Dates for Defaulters Workshop
20 Feb 2026
The Defaulters Workshop for Even Semester of AY2025-26 will be held tentatively on 29th and 30th March, 2026.
All ECC defaulters are adviced to attend the workshops to clear their grades.
Journal Stamping and Sales
19 Feb 2026
Journal Stamping for ECC events and Sales will be done on 20th Feb, 1 pm to 2pm at ECC Office.
24/2/26 is the last date of ECC activities in college.
No ECC hours will be awarded for any activity conducted after this date.

Journal Stamping

ECC Journal Stamping will be done for all events conducted by ECC in Odd Sem and Even Sem. Sale of journals will also take place.

Schedule: 30th Jan 20206 (Friday) 1 to 2 pm
Guidelines
ECC is a mandatory 6 credit extra-curricular course operating within the NEP framework. ECC is evaluated in Sem 2, 3 and 4, where points accrued in the respective semester is taken for evaluation. (Note: For Sem 2, points from Sem 1 and Sem 2 will be considered)
Points Requirements (AY 2025-26)

FY - minimum of 30 points by the end of Sem 2.

SY - minimum of 30 points in Sem 3 and Sem 4 each.

TY - no mandatory requirements.

ECC points are capped at 40 for a semester, and any excess points will not be carried forward.

Students are mandated to get their ECC journals stamped for every event/workshop they participate in.

In case of a discrepancy, the journal stamp will be accepted as undeniable proof.
